If you look at an NBA Team's stats, you may see that there are 13 guys who've gotten minutes, with a few guys getting 4 or 5 mpg...but his is due to lineup changes and injuries.

No coach willingly runs a rotation of over 10 guys on a given night. I'd say 9 is the average, 8 is on the short side, and 10 is on the long side. More teams move towards 8ish come playoff time.

Here are the stats of rotational minutes based on season up to today, NOT on a game basis. Individual win contribution should also be based on this format. Some rotational players missed multiple games already. Their Min/G on games they played are a lot higher than indicated.

Based on 36 games:

Player MP MP/G
Chandler Parsons 1252 34.7
Dwight Howard 1226 34.1
James Harden 1162 32.3
Terrence Jones 866 24.1
Patrick Beverley 788 21.9
Jeremy Lin 786 21.8
Francisco Garcia 728 20.2
Omri Casspi 722 20.1
Aaron Brooks 534 14.8
Omer Asik 311 8.6
Donatas Motiejunas 154 4.3
Ronnie Brewer 101 2.8
Greg Smith 76 2.1
Isaiah Canaan 9 0.3
---------------------------------
Total 8639 240
