Seems like they wouldn't want to fix something that aint broke.(offensive line). Guess they're going all in for Mario
Charlie P confirmed today that they were over the cap as of today. They need to make cuts and restructure just to get under the cap, let alone sign anyone.
McClain just said that Winston said that the Texans didn't want to insult him with a paycut. So I guess they just flat out released him to save money. I'm thinking they are doing everything they can to keep Chris Myers and re-sign Mario.
That sucks. Why cant they just cut Jacoby like everybody wants them to? Throw Kareem Jackson and Leinart in there while we're at it.

Ya I'm wondering why cutting Winston was the first move too. I don't doubt Jones and Leinert will be gone eventually but I figured they'd be first on the chopping block.
Wow... I feel like he was on the radio just the other day, care free. I know he was thinking Jacoby would have been released before he was, for sure.
McClain reporting that Winston counted $6.5 million against the cap. Their backup tackles are Rashad Butler and Derek Newton.
