It's really disheartening when you realize your shooting guard plays worse defense than Richard Hamilton.
That is such a good looking two-deep till you think about defense. If we're not going to rebuild, I hope we at least trade Scola. Love the guy but he is brutal defensively and we don't have a center that can cover for him. And Hayes is much more suited as backup PF.

Man, I sure am glad that Morey is not thinking about tanking and is still trying to build a contender. Tanking is such a crap tactic that's more likely not to work than it is. Too many teams suck, get high draft picks and end up with good players to busts but no superstars.
Show Hayes the money in a S&T. If Thibs is still hot for Chuck. Package him with Lee, who's rumored to bolt next year, in a trade for Asik. Rockets also have a trade exception to absorb a contract like Korver. Korver's practically an expiring contract as the remaining year on his deal is guaranteed for $500,000.
The most important name mentioned was Chuck's. They must resign Chuck in order for them to be successful. Even more important than signing Nene.
I would love for us to trade Scola and T-Will for the hightest possible pick we can recieve in this year's draft.. It would give more time and help bring up Patterson, Hill and Thabeet. It'd also increase our pick if we let Scola go and get us 3 1st rounders(Probably 2 in the lottery) in a STACKED draft class(along with our 2nd rounders)... Kmon Morey!!!

I have absolutely no faith in Hasheem Thabeet who does read this site... Hasheem u make Dikembe speak in a high pitch you need to develop some kind of game. I'm all for Maybayner Hilario and the Chuck Wagon. Of course over both I'd love to have Dwight Howard.

Try to move Luis and Kevin, play the young guys and load up for 2012. It's not tanking, it's being realistic. Nene is not the answer, and this season is tarnished anyway due to the lockout.
I think you are vastly undervaluing Rasheed Wallace... or maybe you just think more highly of 2Pat than I do.
I think he is spot on in value of Pattersons potential. Maybe not a similar player to Rasheed because of size and build but perhaps in skills he would be equal in overall talent.
