GOOOO COOOOGSS!!! Game starts at 2:00PM what time would you think is a good time to go and enjoy everything? Plus anyone know of any tailgates, etc, we'll BYOB
I love how DD's posting has gone from "why aren't UH games on tv dur dur dur?" and "no one cares about UH derp derp" to "about time" now that ESPN is setting up Gameday shop on our campus.
SMU lost to Navy today to drop to 6-4. Navy completed all of ZERO passes in the game. Would have liked to see SMU come into Robertson with a 7-3 record, oh well.
Good thing Gameday isn't at Rice. We wouldn't want this guy raping people. A Rice University MBA student has been charged with burglary to commit a felony, accused of breaking in to another student's apartment to commit sexual assault. Christopher Steiner, 30, is accused of going through an unlocked front door and a closed bedroom door where he found the victim asleep Oct. 20. The victim told police she woke up to find Steiner in his underwear on top of her with his hands under her clothes. The victim said she and Steiner lived in the same apartment complex near Kirby, but are not friends or acquaintances, according to court records. The alleged attack did not happen on campus or on a Rice-owned property, said Rice spokesman B.J. Almond. He confirmed the suspect and victim are students at the university. The victim struggled with Steiner before getting him out of her apartment and locking her door, court records show. She called police when Steiner returned and began knocking. Steiner was arrested Monday. During an arraignment, Steiner told a magistrate judge he did not have the money to hire an attorney, but hoped his parents or girlfriend would help him. The judge appointed an attorney and set bail at $20,000. http://www.chron.com/news/houston-t...tudent-charged-in-connection-with-2260430.php
