2 years ago, my grandmother started running 2 miles a day when she turned 83. It was simply amazing. Has anyone seen her?

people actually still run? Buy an elliptical or go to the gym and use one... don't screw up your joints.

4 miles a week..like 6 minute mile. And I play ball when I can but haven't hooped for a couple of month now
Would rather be outside and enjoy the air and the sights. Running on a treadmill or elliptical becomes too repetitive for me. I run around 1.5-2 miles/day during the week and then 4-5 on the weekend. May run around 3-4 times a week, and mix in biking, basketball, P90-esque type stuff, or even maybe rollerblading.
with a dog, i have no choice but run him. 2-3 miles but i run in intervals. i still need to work on my endurance. i try to run 3-4 times a week. power walking is better for your knees. i do that lately now but Bo keeps wanting to run. that's probably why i lost some weight this past year lol.
