[ESPN] Opening Tips: Houston Rockets

I think they confused best case scenario with likely scenario. I don't see them as a championship contender, but certainly have to potential to make it to the 2nd round.

 

As usual espn is wrong they just dont like Houston in any sport.

 

They have to provide quick off-the-cuff commentary on 30 teams. There's no way they can do so intelligently, but they have to sound like experts. Instead, they rely on facile media hype as a basis of their so-called analysis instead of actually doing some work.

 

The Rockets should just take stuff like this and hang it in the locker room as extra motivation.

 

we should tank the season and get a lottery pick so we can GET A SUPERSTAR! :grin:

 

I don't see how we're "not in the same league" as Portland when we beat them 2 years ago when they had a team that was better than their current team and we had a team worse than our current team.
