Make a run at Adam Morrison. Make him shave of his whiskers and hope he can be the baller he was at Gonzaga.

The Cavs should do what Seattle/OKC did, start from scratch, suck it up, pile up the lotto picks and hope they grow together.

Instead it looks like they want to be 1st round fodder.

Gut the team and suck like the Wizards.

Get young talent for a new nucleus.

Seattle had the #2 pick in the draft (Durant) the year they decided to "start from scratch," which basically meant letting Rashard walk and trading Ray Allen for the #5 pick, Jeff Green.

The Cavs didn't even have a draft pick this past draft. It's going to be a hell of a lot harder for them to just follow the OKC path. Further, if they destroyed their team there's no guarantee that they would even get a top three pick.

Some years having the #2 pick in the draft means you lucked into Kevin Durant. Other years it means you get Hasheem Thabeet.
