    The stock market is such a scam...

    you ain't lying...i sold my ACAS holdings when it went down 15%. 10 mins later it was down over 20%. 30 minutes after that, it's only down 10%. :mad:

    Exciting times! Haven't seen these kinda of volatility since March 09!

    Though I should've gotten out of Ford when it was 14 like I told myself, but noooooooo I wanna be just a little more greedy :(

    There were some ridiculous things here. Accenture went from $40 to $0.01. I don't know how many shares were traded at that level, but whoever sold took a 100% loss for no reason, and whoever bought got an immediate 400,000% gain. There's got to be a better system in place to stop that, though I have no idea how it happened in the first place.

    Aren't those decisions guided by machines that use algorithms to execute beyond human speeds?

    If a thousand of them independently came to the same conclusion, it'd magnify effect.
