But you know he still has passion for the game if he's playing in Europe. Love of the game.
Guy on bus (on cell phone): Hey mom, guess who I'm talking to! It's Moochie Norris of the Houston Rockets! (to Moochie) Say hi to mom. Moochie: Hi, mom! Still the best Rockets promo commercial ever...
Haha right when you said that it started playing in my head again. Ohhhh Mooochie how I sooo don't miss you at all!
Hell yeah, Moochie has his share of clutch moments. I remember he hit a three or jumper from the corner at the buzzer and he proceeded to dance/celebrate on the score's table. He also had one of the most sickest crossovers in the NBA. Not to mention that he was a great cheerleader and bench guy for the team.
Most people probably choose to forget this, but Moochie was clutch back then. I remember him hitting bunch buzzer beaters in a season. He couldn't hit a open jumper to save his life, but when the game is on the line, there can be 2 or 3 defenders on him, and he could still knock down the shot. It was pretty amazing.
I absolutely hated his hair when he was here the first time and is it just me or did all his shots seem lucky in that clip?
moochie norris xD what happened to c ward or vin baker?? damn when I see these ex knicks in houston i realize how van dumby was gund trener
c ward is an assistant coach for a high school in houston. i was searcing on ebay one day, and came across an auction for a moochie norris bobblehead. there was also a mo taylor and steve francis bobble head. they all finished in one day, and i saw the winning bids for each. mo talor had no bids. francis highest bid was 5 dollars ( thats pretty cheap) moochie was 30 freakin dollars. the last thing i remember moochie in a houston rockets uniform is when he shot a ball in our own basket thinking that the ref blew the wistle. and yao ming doing the no-look pass to moochie. (actualy i saw that on youtube, but oh well)
It's still living at his home in Houston. Reports say that The Fro didn't want to leave because it felt comfortable down here.
