    Shaq and Miami re-worked his contract so he'd be paid less but for more years.

    Nobody needs to take a pay cut. The solution is scouting better in drafts and signing good free agents that will actually play for more than one year on the team. I love Chuckie, but sometimes, I still laugh at the fact that he's our starting PF.

    If Rockets have a choice between

    1) Juan for 20 years at 50 cents a season

    and

    2) Juan for 1 game for $500 Billion (With free Lifetime supply of RayBans)


    They should chose Option 2 and get it over with.

    nope, that was a contract renewel, ie brand new contract since his old one was up. shaq took less money than the max so they could sign better players.

    Tmac is also overpaid in the sense that he hasn't even went past the first round and talk the talk but doesnt walk the talk very well when he's shooting and not playing the worth that he's being paid. I still think many other players getting paid close to what tmac is getting paid are performing better than him in the playoffs

    Nope, Shaq had 1 year 30M left. They replaced that with a 5 year 100M new deal.
