the particular restaurant is no longer there...it's something else now...but it's a national chain you all would know. my understanding is that health inspectors traced back more than a few cases originating from that particular store.
Max...that was extremely touching. I'm glad you're able to enjoy celebrating your 26th anniversary! Here's to celebrating many more and to realizing how great (and precious) life is!
Red Lobster? I don't know of many seafood chains 26 years ago except maybe this one. Do you still eat seafood? Nice miracle true story. You should be on that show with that guy who played Hank Williams Jr. in the "Hank Williams Jr. Story" made-for-TV movie. Forget his name but he had a miracle show on some weird channel for a while.
abso-freaking-lutely! it's my favorite food. ironic, huh? seafood gumbo is my favorite food, period, the end.
MadMax, I don't think I've ever heard this story. Not only am I thankful that you survived because I've got a great friend now, but, judging on what you told me the day I found out about my sister and her baby, I'm thankful that your Mom didn't lose you. Now, go buy me a coney!
Needless to say, I am very glad you aren't dead. Who else would have helped me cling to the last sheds of my sanity during law school by talking baseball?
Thanks for bumping this up... must have missed it the first time around. Anyway, what an amazing story. We're glad you made it through and you're here.
He was screaming "Nooooo" at tort reform at a young age obviously. Well I don't know what the appropriate statement would be in a situation like this other than umm... "glad you're here".
