It is crazy you think you've provided some sort of argument here rather than solidify the point of Somali's being frauds. When you don't like what the stats show, you brand it as misinformation. CNN tried that and failed. MSNBC tried that and are now "rebranded". The age old liberal techniques to deflect from accountability aren't working anymore. But it absolutely correlates with all data collected (even though we know so much of it is embellished to make these groups look more productive).

Let's take the data you proudly flaunted. That Somali's have "higher labor force participation rate" than the General population and that somehow results in $67 million in taxes. That is an absolutely pathetic number for a group of 110,000 people in Minnesota (80,000 in Minneapolis), 55,000 of whom are working age.

Data from the official state GOVT Minnesota site ( income tax overview) shows there were 3 million taxpayers in 2022 (resident and non resident).

ON the low end, they paid $35 billion in state tax and $123 billion in federal tax. That comes to an average of $52,666 in tax, but other metrics show it's higher (skewed by higher earners).

On to the Somali's and their "67 million" in taxes from a labor force rate which isn't based on fraud related fields to government assistance at all. Let's pretend it's legit (we know it isn't). And let's say of the 55,000 working age people 40,000 are taxpayers. That's incredibly generous. That comes to an average of $1,675 per working Somali. A year. Yet they can afford to raise huge families and live in upper middle class houses in closed off neighborhoods somehow.

They are a tremendous net negative to society and know this. So they game the system and use benefits to siphon cash from taxpayers that goes to cash purchases and flying suitcases of cash out of the country (many TSA agents telling stories on SM). It's a take what you can culture.

@pgabriel , would you say there's a difference between $1,675 and $52,666? Are hundreds of millions in benefits and fraud, as well as an anti America pro Islam attitude, worth that $1,675?

Next, you insult the Vietnamese by comparing Somali's to them. A people with a completely different culture, work ethic and IQ. And not burdened by the violence of Islamic ideologies. While IQ isn't the end all be all, it is closet predictor of behavior. And we see that with group success rates across the country.

Vietnam at 100, compared to Somalia at 67. The capabilities of two different people. And different attitudes as a result. The Vietnamese won't go around shouting Islamophobia and making death threats when you find out they've been stealing for a living.

Your ideology results in Chaz like Seattle areas and is incredibly dangerous. "Everything is an exception and there's no widespread cultural element at play". American taxpayers are choosing to no longer be burdened by it. We must push for a mass scale denaturalization and deportation for a group that never should have been let in to begin with. And real convictions for Tim Walz and Jacob Frey who obviously encouraged this in order to get Somali voting power.

 

You are the kind of naive person they take advantage of. They cannot make it without stealing. It's not like they are passing up engineering degrees to do this. They mock how easy it is to steal from the taxpayers. Sure you'll have a few thousand exceptions, but when you get to 100,000 they will always cluster in groups and use tribalism and government handouts to thrive. That's exactly what America does not need.

It's cruel to encourage Somalians to come here, like telling a handicapped person they can make it in the NBA with enough "education".
