Yes, but if the Nets fall into the bottom 5 and somehow luck their way into the #1 pick we can swap. Meaning we have two chances, not two picks.
This is 2022 NBA we're talking about No max-level star is ever moved without his consent, if not outright ordered from player to team KD will decide his next team, not Marks Since LeBron is both player and GM, maybe he is uniquely empowered to demand Davis go to Nets via Klutch??
Not too sure about what options are available on the market, KD is on a longer contract, which is both a good and bad thing. He's 32 and whilst his performance hasn't deteriorated, his health certainly has, so you are probably looking at only 40-50 games per season that he is available for. Probably less if you want to keep him fresh, especially as he gets older. Whichever contender is willing to trade for him is basically committing their entire future to him, but they also need to ensure the team is good enough to stay competitive with him gone 40-50% of the time. Ultimately, Brooklyn has no incentives to tank, but at the same time picking up quality level veterans and players is also not beneficial. If I was Brooklyn, I'd bite the bullet and just trade everything away for picks and young players. It will benefit the Rockets a lot, but at least Brooklyn also gets to start rebuilding early. Unless they plan to stay on the 9th-12th seed treadmill for the next 5 years.
How many Rings has he won without Steph? I said he’s an incredible Robin. The best in the history of the NBA! But he’s no leader…this is obvious.
Agreed about the leadership part I just think there is a difference between being a team's leader and being it's best player Harden was always our best player while here, but hardly a leader I always considered Draymond to be the leader of the Dubs dynasty
I hate the lakers . . . . ALSO . . . . I really don't want Kyrie to get what he wants LOL Rocket River
Harden playing 5D chess. Let the Rockets stack up as Philly pays him near max money, then rejoin the Rockets to ride the coattails of their new young stars to a championship
Our picks are going to be so high now! I guess that Jay-Z isn't a very good owner. Player friendly can only go so far.
