You said Curry was bad for 2 months when he's been bad for 2 weeks. Unless you're trying to use his bad 2 weeks to drag down the preceding 6 weeks worth of averages? Is that your intention? Intellectual dishonesty?
u still aren’t able to comprehend simple things, and I don’t care to teach u…when u are capable of not quoting me with such useless and irrelevant nonsense, I’ll take u somewhat seriously…until then, u are not worth my effort don’t even bother replying with more irrelevant nonsense because I won’t be reading it deuces
Hah. So afraid of engaging. Unsurprising. In the future, why not avoid the baseless claims and focus on assertions backed by statistics?
His team hasn't been that bad this year. They have a .500 record over the past 2 seasons when Curry shot under 40% from the field. Granted they went 12-6 the last year KD was there but that's a totally different team.
Does that really matter? Curry draws so much defensive attention that he can still have a positive impact despite shooting poorly. If you were to replace Curry with Devin Booker, how many wins do you think the Warriors would have right now?
A difficult thing to say but Curry needs to change up his game. He cannot play like he is 26 anymore. When other superstars don't have the ball, they usually get a chance to stand in the corner and take a break. Curry is always constantly running, either to free himself or sets up his teamates. When he actually has the ball, he relies too much on his speed to go against constant tight defense and double teams. He needs to learn from players like Kobe or CP3 later in their careers, to play at a slower pace yet can still effectively break the defense. Plus he plays an very active role on defensive end. This is just not sustainable for his age at 35 mins a game. He needs to change up his offensive game to rely less on speed and constant running. Steve Kerr needs to play him less minutes and find way to save him energy on the defensive end.
the trash play continues 5-20, and 1-13 from 3, but his team still beats Utah GS is winning because of the role players and defense…Steph been trash for a very long time
The Warriors are going to need Curry to break out of his nearly 2 month slump and for Klay to regain 80% of his form in the next few months if they want to make noise in the playoffs. Effort, defense, system and Curry's gravity is going to help them stay afloat during the regular season, but it wont be nearly enough in the playoffs. Since Nov 29th 2021 (start of Curry's Slump) the Warriors have gone 16-11 (after going 18-2). Curry on court 844 minutes - GSW OFRTg 110.8 | DFRTg 103.5 Curry off court 457 minutes - GSW OFRTg 98.8 | DFRTg 103.9 This clear decline in GSW's record is due to 2 main factors: 1 - Curry's slump 24.5/5/6 on 39.3/35.5/88 shooting | 55% TS 2 - The schedule was much harder than the first 20 games. Warriors have been +131 with Curry on court while -47 with him off during that 27 game span.
I had to do a double-take when I saw Russell Westbrook's FG% was higher than Steph Curry's this season. That is all.
What time range are you using? From the 11/30 PHX game to now (the slump), here’s his numbers — which covers last 27 games for GSW
Oops. Fixed it. I think I had a post of yours saved in my reply box that is never got around to posting, then i copied blahblah’s too, then edited wrong.
