Too many times I see a player that can shoot but it never works out because they can't dribble and create. We need to find the Huerters and Bogdanavich players that can do both.
I just had to urban dictionary. I had no idea lol, was trying to make a joke on your splash being small and unimportant. Guess I just can't keep up with the lingo.
Intriguing pickup. Could be a Pat Connaughton type of player. Or if we want to think big and bold -- a physically strong Bryce Drew.
They wanted to sign him to a 2-way, but because of their cap situation he supposedly had no chance to have that converted to a regular contract, hence he went to a team where he has a better chance for that.
Back in my day it was DAVID Lipscomb. The world is changing too fast. What did David do to get his name removed? Was he friends with Cosby, Wallen & Steve Nash? He probably you kicked my dog or went to Hawaii, yay, or something.
Put Armoni at the 2 and this dude at the 3. Then all we need is a proper PG to make Moreyball-- shooting nothing but 3s-- finally work. For many, many years I'd begged for JJ Redick. He finally retired, but maybe the basketball gods blessed us with two JJ Redicks? One can hope.
He wants a chance to play and get an NBA contract. The Celtics are against the tax and were very unlikely to give him an NBA deal. The Rockets NEED shooters, are not against the tax, are bad and he has a real chance to play and get a real NBA deal. There isn't really anything nefarious about this and Garrison is just trying to get some sort of guaranteed money going forward.
He’ll be nice next to Christoper and Garuba in the Valley. Defense will likely dictate if he earns a fully guaranteed deal in the future.
