Let's see if the Big Turk is there or not........ and what is the over/under House gets his face crushed by the Turk for trying to hit on the translator. There is no PJ Tucker or Ariza to keep order and discipline...... it is going to be lord of the flies out there...... while Gordon is having fun somewhere else and John Wall is snapping at the kiddies to stop wearing short shorts into the pool.
People hating on House but he sounds like a good presence for the team. This cancel culture over one mistake from us Rocket fans needs to chill
The fact that Silas and a few others think he is a good presence is part of the problem. He has had issues just about everywhere he has been. He can practice hard, but he is known as a **** starter, and didn't get his face smashed because James Harden saved his ass from the wrath of Tucker and Westbrook. It got to the point where he was told to "shut up" by Harden every time he would say something negative at practice or on the plane.
I mean he's also clogging up rotation minutes for younger, better guys. I don't really care much about what he did in the bubble but he's not very good and isn't really getting better so I'd rather move on.
The better question is who is planning the covid strategy in this country - it's just as dangerous here as it is in the bahamas - at least the view is better there.
The getting on everybody’s ass thing for not hustling in practice obviously won’t fly with vets, but we don’t have any vets left outside of EG and Augustin. Someone who’s a pain in the ass for pushing hard during practice doesn’t sound terrible for a young team. Wood, Nwaba, Tate and House all bring a culture of undrafted players who hustled super hard to get into the NBA, to earn legitimate contracts and legitimate roles. I don’t have overly strong feelings for House, If we traded him for a 2nd I wouldn’t blink, but fans acting like he’s this huge cancer and that it’s ridiculous that we have him is just weird. He’s a serviceable 3&D forward. Edit- I forgot about Wall lol, honestly I’m fine with House pissing off Wall, the way he conducted himself on the court last year and has gone around liking trade proposals on Twitter is wack
House isn't anyone any young player should be taking advice from. His issues have stemmed even back in his college days.
It might not be a difficult but the younger guys still have to prove they’re better than hHouse Jr. We can’t just automatically anoint them as so because of bias
