4th year team option ia going to make that contract valuable in year 3 regardless of how bad he ages, and it's hard to see him dropping off as quickly as next year.
Fournier himself isn't a bad addition to that group fit-wise but there's no way his production is that valuable.
Ryan Andersonish contract, not even sure what's the point for them but if they weren't the Knicks i would give them the benefit of doubt
Noel is probably the only guy worth the money there, good luck to the Knicks though, they'll need some
Fournier really disappointed for the Celtics, when he was traded there. He's going to get dissected by the NY media if he has bad games.
Knicks, you can always count on them just signing guys left and right as if they are convinced they're a contender of which maybe 1 is serviceable. Rose did well though so well deserved, but not sure about the others.
Classic Thibs influence with his buddy in the GM seat. What an unambitious bunch. I'm starting to believe we have a chance of pawning Wall off on them. They like reclamation projects. We should pick up Ntilikina if he's available for the minimum. Good project at that price.
He's averaged 18, 17 and 20 ppg the last three seasons, shoots 50% from two, 38% from three and 81% from the free-throw line. The knicks lost in the playoffs because they were too one dimensional and couldn't score, Fournier can score enough to take some of the load off Julius. They still have a lot of work to do, would I have rather made a trade for a Kyle Anderson type instead, yes but this is a step in the right direction and if it doesn't work he's more salary to move for Dame Look around the league, everyone is overpaid. By the way he made 17 mil each of the last two seasons, the knicks only gave him a 2 mil raise but it's the knicks so go ahead and complain lol This is the sentiment of casuals every off-season. If the knicks punt on free agency for an anticipated player a year or two away they're shat on for not being realistic and should build a core. When the knicks begin to build out and strengthen their core they're shat on for not being ambitious enough lol. It took the Freak 8 years to win a chip, the bucks just stayed steady building their core until they were in position to acquire a "missing piece" player. The knicks aren't winning a chip in the next three years, trading core players for a superstar (Melo) is how they've managed to be so bad for so long. Instead of building their core what would you rather they do? Who the **** wants a fat, streaky, injury prone, emo b****? Keep that trash in your own yard
