by injury attempt you mean CP3 shooting a jump shot by jumping to his right while Bev fought through a screen? One of the things I’m most happy to have moved on from is the theatrics of Harden, and when he was here, CP3. I get it… it’s effective. The Suns got 5 points out of it. but it’s infuriating to watch. That’s not how you’d shoot a jump shot if your sole goal was to make the shot. and that, btw, is one of the reasons the GSWers were loved whereas no one really liked he Rockets but Rockets fans.
This tendency of the Suns to go cold at inopportune times is going to bite them in the ass if they ever move on.
Is there another star player in the league who kills their team's momentum as much as Booker does? My god.
Will Paul George actually show up in the 4th to close this game out, or will we get a repeat of game 1 where he was garbage after 3 quarters?
If the Clippers win this game, Paul George gotta wear these same shoes in game 6. yeah, I’m superstitious like that
I think you should watch the replay again, before being so steadfast in your assertion. Start at the 0:26 mark. CP3 didn't jump to his right. He used the screen and immediately rose up to shoot. I don't think Bev meant to undercut Paul, but it did happen.
hes been bad in fourths. hope he doesn’t have to shoot pressure free throws if your a clippers fan lol.
I watched the replay multiple times and that’s how I came to the conclusion. CP3 is not taking a normal shooting motion. If he was wide open he would NOT have gone up that way. Instead he knew PBev was coming and instead of going straight up starts leaning to his right and putting his hip rightwards. his goal with that action is 95% to draw a foul.
I like seeing Paul George do well. His game is aesthetic. Reminiscent of McGrady's. And I like redemption arcs.
