Enter the Dragon for the WIN!
It's not just the best martial arts movie it's one of the best 70's movies combining three 70's genres. It's a Hong Kong martial arts movie, a Blaxploitation movie and a suave rogue movie too. In addition to some great fights, it's also got philosophy and if you watch the original release tasteful nudity too.

The best martial arts fight in a movie is this one.

I swear no one knows about this one I'm about to say. DRAGON TIGER GATE

it's on netflix right now (I watched it back in the day) the plot is wacky and incoherent by the end.. but the fights.. THE FIGHTS!! Donnie Yen of course always brings it. There's a guy with Nunchucks in it!

Also it seems there was a plan to make this about the martial arts AND the hair.
