that’s interesting. I could see Houston valuing a semi-proven young player over a late first or multiple 2nds.
It actually behooves us to help any contenders not named the Nets. From an asset standpoint, there is nothing more valuable to us than the Nets folding quickly. So whether that’s the Lakers, Milwaukee or the 76ers, that should definitely be on our mind. Personally think the 76ers make the most sense.
If the Nets figure out early that this will not work, they have pieces around them to trade. It’s very easy. Them doing bad now doesn’t do much for us. I don’t mind trading him to another contender but it would sicken me to trade him to the Lakers. Nope no way no how. Their picks are garbage, they aren’t giving us young players. And they are the Lakers I hate them. No no noooooope
Bleacher report sees this as a possible trade . The Trade: Lou Williams and a 2022 second-round pick for P.J. Tucker
I don't know. If they offered Spencer I would keep him. He will be fully recovered from his ACL and he's only 27. He will fit right in with Woods age. He's a really good player. I feel like they will be after something bigger than PJ if they trade Spencer. They are very high on him.
Lakers are sniffing. Tucker would be a perfect rotational D player. I could see him hitting some clutch shots in the playoffs too.
We're not sending him to Brooklyn. We need the Nets to blow up. Should send him to the Sixers for Ferguson and a 1st
