- Our better days are ahead. Everyone just stay patient. - Oh yeah, we got the bird rights, there will be a biding war for Oladipo. LMAO.
yeah, PHX didn’t play that well to me I had to look up their offensive efficiency for the season during halftime because their offense was looking a little too suspect at times and I was wondering if they were just a bad offensive team this game was the equivalent of correctly guessing the last few questions on the exam to bump your score up from a 50 to a 60...at the end of the day, it’s still an F
Look at the bright side. Christian Wood is looking really good. The fact that he came back after injuring this ankle tells me he wants to win. Tate, Mason Jones, and Sterling Brown look like solid role players. We need to tank to get that future great player, we really do. Unless the Rockets can find a way to trade for one. I really do hope we find a way to pry MPJ away from the Nuggets.
Lebron is the only no 1 pick that won it all in last 20 years. Of course Dwight, Kyrie and AD also got rings riding coattails of Lebron. Look at the list . Its truly pathetic to be losing for years only to get one of these losers on your team. 2020: Anthony Edwards 2019: Zion Williamson 2018: Deandre Ayton 2017: Markelle Fultz 2016: Ben Simmons 2015: Karl-Anthony Towns 2014: Andrew Wiggins 2013: Anthony Bennett 2012: Anthony Davis 2011: Kyrie Irving 2010: John Wall 2009: Blake Griffin 2008: Derrick Rose 2007: Greg Oden 2006: Andrea Bargnani 2005: Andrew Bogut 2004: Dwight Howard 2003: LeBron James 2002: Yao Ming 2001: Kwame Brown 2000: Kenyon Martin
Yeah I would say we would need to see a big leap in defense from him over his deal to feel comfortable breaking the bank on him. His offensive game looks pretty damn good already and could easily take a step up but as of right now he looks like an average defender at the very best.
I'm surprised that the Rockets made it competitive, but a loss is still a loss. Not having a point guard sucks, but this game was lost on rotational decisions and terrible play by some of our veterans. On to the next. It's been a while since I've felt no pressure watching the Rockets. Already miss the days when beating a .500 team was pretty much a given. Boy am I glad we didn't trade for Kyrie, though.
I wouldn't mind young Yao, Blake, Davis, Howard, Bogut, Rose, Martin or Wall. There's some great talent on that list.
how many years you suggest we tank? look at the list of no 1 picks of the last 20 years almost half of them are huge busts Spoiler hey look we already have no 1 pick from year 2010 perhaps we dont need to tank 2020: Anthony Edwards 2019: Zion Williamson 2018: Deandre Ayton 2017: Markelle Fultz 2016: Ben Simmons 2015: Karl-Anthony Towns 2014: Andrew Wiggins 2013: Anthony Bennett 2012: Anthony Davis 2011: Kyrie Irving 2010: John Wall 2009: Blake Griffin 2008: Derrick Rose 2007: Greg Oden 2006: Andrea Bargnani 2005: Andrew Bogut 2004: Dwight Howard 2003: LeBron James 2002: Yao Ming 2001: Kwame Brown 2000: Kenyon Martin
I don’t care what anyone says. I’d rather have Capela than Wood. Yeah Wood scores more. But Capela’s production impacts winning more.
Gotta using number one picks as a reason that teams miss. It’s the organizations that miss. Not the picks. Having number one pick in the draft is great.
