So it turns out Harden's desire to play with KD is costing him big bucks: $13M+ He's got to hope that being in NY offsets that with better or more endorsement deals.
Could you imagine trading him to Philly and they win the chip - yeah I actually don’t blame him here,
One always has to wonder what the Rockets would look like today had Les never sold the team to Tilman

I’m not a fan of Harden right about now, but this is a dumb take. Until the tank job of the last few weeks, Harden was probably the most reliable player in the league
I'm happy for Harden and this is good for the organization. From the outside looking in, it seemed the relationship between the organization and Harden had reached a point of no return. This one was the best move for sides. I've never watched a Brooklyn game, but I will now. They look to be a fun team to watch. Hey, at least we have cool baby blue sweaters...
I'm very disappointed in Harden, of course, with the way he chose to end things here. Though I disagree that he was disinterested last season, because he really did try to make it work with Westbrook. And I admit I'm assuming a lot, but I blame the owner because I look at the team and the management that was in place when he got here, versus the team we have now and the short-term future we can expect. And I can't think of anything that happened that could not have been prevented by good management or leadership from the top. The situation with D'Antoni, the awful Westbrook trade, and the eventual disgruntlement of Morey were all things did not need to take place. It seems to me Fertitta played a big role in all three. Harden asking to be traded was just the final nail IMO.
I just spent an hour watching James Harden highlight. Don't know what to feel now but will continue to support this young team.
interesting read James Harden heads to Brooklyn with a spark — but he could also burn it all down (yahoo.com)
