Oh man, I have late night stories about that place. Owner's daughter was from Sharpstown, and my best buddy from HS was a Sharpstown kid and they grew up together, so back in the '00s there were several nights after darts and cards and dominoes at Catdaddy's she'd invite us over to Bubba's...more beer, more cards, more other stuff...and she'd let us fire up the burger grill as long as we cleaned everything before we all left. So long story short, I got to play 3 AM burger chef at Bubba's.
