ClutchFans Game Thread: Rockets @ Warriors 4/28/2019 (Playoffs Round 2, Game 1)

Unacceptable not to have space to land and be undercut. I'll tell what I'll do...You take whoever else beside Harden off the Rockets and I'll take Jimmy and 4 stiffs from our team ( he has this a lot anyhow) and beat you all day every day. There are going to be some sad people if we ever lose him. Love seeing him on Durant play after play and that 7 ft. dual haired nookie camped at the 3 pt. line.

 

I'm so used to this that I can't be mad. This is expected. It's always something.

Wow. If that's how it's gonna be called we need to coach our player to undercut every three. Look at the way Nene guarded Curry's last three. He has to get under his legs moving forward.

We need to ask the NBA for formal clarification. This is ridiculous. Even the half time crew knew what was going on. **** the NBA.

 

If Capela had made it to the arena tonight and we had rebounded the basketball we probably would have beat the Warriors and the Refs.

This gives me hope for the remainder of the series.

We won't shoot the ball this bad moving forward.

Klay should've been fouled out w/ 3 dirty plays on Harden & the ****ing donkey stepping on Harden's landing spot on game tying potential play.
Post up videos & tagged the NBA & their dirty zebra muppets.
They try so hard to protect these b****es. How could you ref the game so diff from the regular season.
4 potential ankle breaking plays on Harden & not one single one was called.

 

I can't believe the **** show of a game that was. If that's the product NBA is selling, I'm not ****ing buying. Absolute horseshit game called by the refs.

 

MDA should play Faried next game to rebound.

 

I hate this take. there doesn't need to be clarity. Its been clear those are fouls all season.

 

I feel bad for jim, media fanatics might called him out again. Especially Max kellerman already giving him the title of greatest choker come postseason

 

That’s def true... we rebounded quite poorly crunch time. That’s a lot to overcome when the refs are letting the other team get away with flagrants....

 

I say we **** the playoffs and literally go out and intentionally injure Thompson, Green, Curry and Durant. Let's be honest, they were intentionally trying to injure Harden all game anyway. If we're not allowed to win it.... then they shouldn't either.

We literally could have had another 20 plus more free throws in the game. The fact we shot horribly and only lost by 4 proves how poor the Warriors are this season. They need the officials to bail them out each year.

Well. Gsw played on 36 hours rest. If there was a game to steal home court it was today. Can’t see if happening now.

stop giving gsw the credit when its not deserved...rockets are the most talented team...gsw talent is based on the refs helping them OVER THE YEARS...its a just a lot of pure media hype....we have better players and the better team

 

This is also what i think, on the last shot i think James put his legs ahead too much to get the contact and for me that was not a foul, unlike on the previous shots.

But, this game was laregely decided by bad calls. James Harden was fouled at least 5 times from the 3.

Good thing: The NBA will have too look at this. I know that Morey is already sending tapes in.

I love CP3's ejection. It means he'll come back hungrier game 2.
I thought James was smart in his play, despite not shooting well (that wrist is bothering him)

PJ Tucker played KD the best you can.

4 point loss in game 1: I'm okay with that.

Adjustment:
-Gordon needs to be on Curry nearly always. He's stronger and just as fast. Keep CP on Klay (CP is faster)
-NONE for James other than forcing the issue. I swear hell get those calls him game 2
-Manimal in some minutes to help with rebounds and lobs. Clint still looks sick.
-MDA: Keep talking...the refs blew it and we all saw it.
