He is shooting better than his brother this year, he could excel in Rocket's style of play. Rockets don't have a 3 point specialist like him, he could bail out Rockets when other shooters are having off day. And he was inexpensive, he could have been acquired easily.

Why tf are we talking about role players or reminiscing about dudes like Bev and Sweet Lou right now? We are a contender with what we got right now. Stop it...

I can't argue against getting someone that shoots 45 percent from downtown in our system. I would have been a good backup for Gordon.

Tilman halfway reached for his checkbook and then said "Nah, Id rather have Caesars Palace instead."

Our second unit could easily use him when they stall out with James on the bench. You guys act like OP was suggesting a make or break type of season without him. Hes not.

Most of our 3 point shooters are average and none over 40% except House but with small sample size. Seth Curry would've been a perfect solution for our mediocre shooting. Seth Curry has been very good in both the playoff games against OKC so far, the team Rockets tend to choke against on regular basis. Though Rockets may not face OKC this playoffs, however same is true for GS or Bucks. Rockets clutch time shooting is a big suspect and hope it doesn't haunt us like last year's game 7 against GS.

Then we would have in laws playing for the same team. I'm not sure we could have got too far with all that drama.

How's his defense? It's pretty easy to go out and get a lights out shooter, but finding someone that works within our system is Morey's true talent.

Would have been a great fit. It goes to show that the whole "who else would we have even signed?" defense of Carmelo and Carter-Williams is funny in hindsight.

Danny Green would be a perfect fit here. He's a slightly shorter Trevor Ariza with a consistent 3-point shot.

And he'll be a free agent in another month or so. Git 'er done, Marley!

Funny thing about arguing in hindsight is that everyone can look like a genius.

All the moves Morey made last summer was simply BAD. Morey has no special talent, plus Faried and Rivers wanted to play for Rockets and they were acquired through waivers, so that doesn't count either.
