I don't think there's an amount of money that les could have that wouldn't still have an element of cheapness.
And I don't expect you to grasp the concept of Morey operating on a different plane of Salary Cap machinations as you. So, based upon Morey's actions today, you should probably admit you were wrong that Les is in financial trouble and didn't want to use his allotted $3.5m cash considerations in trade. Looks to me like Morey wanted to save the $3.5m for this trade, specifically to go over the cap for the full $8.6m MLE and BAE, and buying those non-guaranteed contracts for a "TPE", so likely walked away from any trade asking him for cash for picks....in effect, getting outbid for that #31 trade and Jordan Bell, because he had bigger plans It's so sad how wrong you were, and continue to say how wrong Morey was.
I think you mean 'readily admit to'.... no worries, it's a common mistake... oh! that be #4 ....sorry couldn't resist. lol
CP3 can make Leslie rich again, so maybe jersey changes and more empty seats at TC why do ppl still take the alcohollic seriously?
Isn't your whole point in the thread Les Alexander was broke so that's why he didn't buy the pick? It's even in your thread title.
I think everyone should shut up about making fun of bballholic and kindly request he makes another such thread in the following days. His superpowers are amazing. Use your powers for good bballholic! Some ideas "Has Morey Alzheimer?" "Paul George is a terrible fit with Harden" "Rockets have no chance to win a championship"
Buying all those non guaranteed players, so once they're traded they can come over and thank him... at the homeless shelter
At some point, you have to wonder if Les and Morey are just making these trades to troll this thread.
I think it's obvious Les passed away. Morey and MDA are carrying his carcass around on their shoulders, Weekend at Bernie's style, writing checks in his name.
