80s/90s competitiveness equals a loaded lakers team winning 8/10 western conference championships in the 80s, and the Bulls dominating the 90s. Reality is there were never more than a handful of teams that could legitamately win the title in a given year. There were plenty of teams starting that year with no shot at the title. The mavs were as bad as the sixers now for the entire 90s.

It's not like Wade doesn't have any championships, he's not stupid to take $4 million to stick to the Heat, when he's getting offered $20 mill a year. Also it's kinda BS for Wade to not realize that they were going to sign Whiteside and try for Durant. How's that insulting to him? he needs teammates
