randon George @DMN_George SFA's Thomas Walkup outscored the entire starting 5 for West Virginia, 33 to 28. He had the same number of steals (4) & only 1 fewer assist.
Also feel bad for the Cincy player who dunk the ball, instead of a layup. His dunk doesn't count after the buzzer. I guess he was following David Nuno's "No Layups."
I actually was looking forward to a UT vs A&M game....would have been huge tv ratings and entertaining.... Oh well. Can't wait till Sunday!
what a ****ty way to lose for Shaka On the plus (?) side, I have SFA in the finals in my bracket. Let's see what happens..lol
I wasn't. A&M would have stomped on them. If it ain't football between them, I don't' care. I hope A&M gets to the Final Four. That would be something to see in Houston.
As an Aggie fan I was not looking forward to the UT game either. Felt gimmicky. They already played this year. In fact TAMU played just about all the mid-tier Big 12 teams. Also, the Big 12 outside of Kansas & OU has been a major disappointment. I wouldn't say TAMU would roll them though. I never count out good coaching in the tourney.
