      The Rockets were offering more per season than Nene eventually signed for in Denver. Adding in state income tax and cost of living adjustments, and the difference in money was not very big at all. Given that Nene would be able to sign a new contract in 2015, he could have made MORE money overall by signing with Houston.

      All that and the ability to play alongside Pau Gasol on a contender makes this a slam-dunk decision in my mind. These latest quotes from Nene leave his signing with Houston as far and away the most logical conclusion given all the evidence.

      Believe what you want to believe, though. It's a free country.
