Would a five year contract be enough, or do you think we should go longer?

This continues to worry me. If Caserio comes in, then he will be loyal to BoB which means BoB is here for at least a few more years.

Best thing Janice and Cal can do is get a GM in here that has no prior history with BoB. BoB wont win a power struggle with a 3rd GM.

Nope...he’s good friends with bob for sure but he will want to run things his way and make it known.

It’s business nothing personal he knows bob can’t get it done.

I don’t want Dabo. Being a good recruiter doesn’t really pay off in the NFL. Texans mortgaged their future away. We have a good amount of cap space...I presume they will use it to lock up players rather than ink any big name FAs. Well lose in the divisional round next year as well. We have Marvin Lewis and are the Bengals 2.0, a constant Tier 2 team. Nothing will change. Anyone else want to pick up new hobbies?

There is literally nothing they do that will matter if BillyO remains.

    they either:

    1. get worse

    Or

    2. Replenish talent a bit, make some ok executive hires, and lose in the first or second round again

as much as the owners might love this scenario as a fan I’ll be where I’ve been for years with BillyO at the helm. Hope he stays out of the way and a true miracle happens but knowing i have a better chance of getting struck by lighting and winning the mega millions on the same day.

    Legit and solid list.

Starting to hear Bieniemy’s name quite a bit. Don’t know how he’d be, but I want to know more.

Going to need a new DC too.

Cal McNair needs to do the right thing and clean house...The Texans have lost their fans...and its a matter of time, before the coaches loss their players...

Romeo Crennel should be fired today.

Plenty of coaching options. IMO, the Texans should hire Wade Philips as the HC and hire an Offensive coordinator.
