You can send a floating piano down the Danube, and have it play Chopin, but you can't do that with a flute. It just sinks.

Dusty stretched him out too far. 3 innings of great work though.

Sneed is pitching the 8th and Osuna is warming up. What's up with Pressley?

Dusty and Strom are your age and have 16 pitchers to keep up with, probably just forgot about him.

    No reports that anything's wrong.

Odd that with all those pitchers used in these 4 games, he didn't get into any games. Unless the announcers were wrong with who was warming up.

He's being saved for when he's needed late in a game. There will be plenty of work for him this season. Osuna is being put in because he's not ready for MLB work, but needs the work.

Sneed is a solid guy that's going to end up being the 7th inning guy.

Bielak/Parades/Javier give me hope that pitching staff is going to hold up.

    Tonight is a save situation.

The Astros care more about winning games than padding a player's stats. It is a save situation against the Mariners. Pressly not being in there shows the confidence Astros have in Mariners offense.

If three guys get on, Pressly would have been brought in.

Osuna looks nasty. And by that I mean his physical appearance is disgusting.

Bielak the winning pitcher in his big league debut. Love to see it, hope he can develop into a good starter for us.

Considering Pressley has yet to pitch, it is odd he was not in a "close" game. Every manager the Astros have ever had worked to get guys in games early in the season. Two perfect opportunities to get him into a close, winnable game...either the 9th yesterday, or 8th/9th today. Note that I am not complaining about Osuna closing. Just wondering why absolutely no sign of Pressley.
