the ignorant one doubles down for her US Senate Race, in 2016, she beat a popular 10-term congresswomen, Lorena Sanchez, a Dem from So Calif.
Who was the first that implemented the China travel ban? Who was it that says the ban was anti Chinese and xenophobic? Normal people that are seeing your no deluded America with all the lawlessness crap and they want no part of it.
Little pink is going around calling Americans ignorant. Lol, It’s you that have been fed all these ChiCom lies over the years. Tell me again, why is Chairman Mao the only face on your renminbi?
And the Dems wrong in that instance but Trump was wrong to downplay the virus and claim it would go away by Easter. How are you going to defend sabotaging governors' responses? Can I just get your top Trump joke.....?
He is just doing anything he can to get a rise, it's actually pathetic. Him and his type realize owning the libs is running its course and they are so desperate for attention. It's especially funny that he is catching feelings along the way.
I'm kind of enjoying his meltdown and seeing how truly terrible of a person he is. I've never had anyone make that assumption about me before. I've been called "leroy" by friends for 25 years.
Well we're sure glad that travel ban effectively stopped the virus so we all didn't have to wear stupid masks... oh wait... yeah it was too late, totally ineffective and a dodge of the real practices that might have staved this off some. That's such a reach of a twisted spin, I really ought to put the green shirt man here.
Donald Trump, Hilary Clinton, Obama, and a little girl are on a crashing plane with only 3 parachutes... Hilary Clinton says, ” I'm off to win the next election, ” takes a parachute, and jumps off. Donald Trump says, ”I’m better than you fools, you're fired, ” picks one up, and jumps off. Obama says to the girl, ” you are our future, you take the last parachute.” The girl responds with, ”no, we both get a parachute, the Hildabeast with her bad eyesights got my bag pack instead”. Obama high-fived the little girl and says” good job Greta Thunberg, I never care for the beast nor her racist husband”, they both jump off. Plot twist, on the way down, the Donald made a huge mistake. He could not take the loud shrieking from Hildabeast so he rescued her by sharing the parachute. The Donald almost paid for with his life because of the weights of the beast. The Hildabeast lives on till this day and that’s why we have the Biden/ Harris ticket. Stay tuned for more Trump jokes...
http://theglitteringeye.com/substantive-criticism/ Substantive Criticism Dave Schuler August 14, 2020 Here are a few of Peggy Noonan’s remarks from her Wall Street Journal column about Kamala Harris: If commentators are now struggling to define Ms. Harris, it’s because she offers little that is truly defining. The party establishment quickly closed ranks around her 2016 Senate race, allowing her to run a standard liberal campaign that the Los Angeles Times described as “carefully orchestrated” and “overly cautious and scripted.” In her 3½ Senate years, she’s done little by way of legislation, preferring to showboat at hearings. The lack of an animating agenda helps a explain a presidential campaign in which she bounced from left to far-left position, whatever she thought most helpful at the moment. She twice called to eliminate private health insurance—and twice reversed herself the next day after backlash. As Vox noted, the “combination of policy reversals and botched rollout . . . undermined faith in her ability to govern on the issue Democrats rate as most important.” The campaign was a mess, rocked by infighting, leaks, restarts and financial problems. After the campaign announced layoffs in early November, its veteran Iowa operations manager wrote a scathing resignation letter in which she said she’d “never seen an organization treat its staff so poorly” and expressed dismay at its ability to make “the same unforced errors over and over.” Ms. Harris didn’t even make it to the first contest, dropping out—broke and with embarrassing poll numbers—two months before the Iowa caucuses. The only other “top tier” candidate to implode as quickly or spectacularly was Beto O’Rourke. The Washington Post campaign obituary bluntly called Ms. Harris an “uneven campaigner” who was “engulfed by low polling numbers, internal turmoil and a sense that she was unable to provide a clear message.” The Post this week lauded Ms. Harris as “vibrant and energetic” and a “vessel for Democratic hopes.” VP Biden has a challenge ahead of him. Sen. Harris is most useful to his campaign as a symbol and that does not appear to be a role she is by temperament suited to play. The more the campaign becomes about her, the more votes he will lose. There’s plenty of room for substantive criticism of her and accusations of racism and sexism in response to those will ring hollow. Keep in mind that 99% of Democratic primary voters voted for any candidate other than Kamala Harris in the primaries. Mr. Biden is fortunate that substantive criticism is not Mr. Trump’s strong suit. He’s more predisposed to feces-flinging, more likely to benefit the Biden/Harris campaign.
I don't think insulting people is going to get anywhere and I am seeing quite a bit of it in my personal life and on these boards. Concerning Harris...... here are my views. I do not think it is fair to criticize the pick of her or the fact that she was picked because she was a black woman. The reason I say this is because historically Vice President's were picked with similar criteria. For example, Mike Pence was selected because of his bona-fide track record as an evangelical Christian. President Trump needed to ease the concerns of evangelists that typically vote Republican but were concerned with Trump's less than stellar personal life. Joe Biden was selected to comfort moderate white democrats that were concerned with a young black Obama possibly being too far left......... LBJ was selected to ease the concerns of Protestants and Southerners. It is a common thing in US political history. Having said that, I do believe the criticism of Harris' record on the issue of law and order is fair game. She was a hard prosecutor and she did put a lot of people away for drug charges. Now, I do not think many conservatives have a problem with that. However, it is fair to criticize her and ask WHICH candidate is Harris, the one supporting reform or the one that did the opposite....... and why is there a change in her views. I think questioning her on her position about the accuser against Biden is also fair game. Does she still believe the lady that made the allegations? Why not? If she does believe her, how does she reconcile actively supporting Joe Biden? I also have spent a lot of time reading and thinking about gender and race in the world, especially in the USA from a historical perspective, from the perspective of the world we live in and also how implicit bias can impact how we as individuals see the world. I have been very hard on Harris in the past as I have viewed her as someone that is self absorbed, self serving and lack any true convictions. I have gone as far as to say I would rather vote for Trump than Harris and I meant it when I said it. Having said all of that. I find myself asking, how is Harris anymore self serving or lacking true convictions than Donald Trump or Joe Biden? The truth is she isn't...... she just rubs me the wrong way, and I truly believe some of that is because she is a woman and that is how I am conditioned.
It was very telling how he went on his racist asian spiel with me on something that had nothing to do asians at all. I realized how pathetic he was to go to those lengths to get a rise. i think he wants to go out in a blaze of glory but he can't not keep catching feelings like all of his type.
On this part, she has never said that she believed the rape allegations...only the inappropriate touching allegations. Once Tara Reade came forward, she did make a statement: https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/harris-believe-biden-accusers/
Nook, you’re a decent guy and seldom that I’ve seen you go vulgar on others, maybe once or twice and I don’t have any problems with you. I can’t say the same about the others in here. They always crap on conservatives with immunity and when we’re fighting back, here comes the racist, bigot, homophobic, anti Semite labels. I know I’m strong and have thick skin literally from my genetics makeup, but others are shying from posting just because of the piling on crap.
I agree with Peggy Noonan that Harris does offer very little to define her doctrine or policy and varies in her agenda. However that is nothing new and not unique to Harris. Biden,Trump, Obama, GW Bush and even Clinton offered very little substantive track record from an animating agenda perspective. Concerns about how she ran her campaign are valid. I do not think anyone would argue that she had good control of her campaign, and those directly below her that were running it. She let people that were not good at it, handle it and she suffered as a result. The response to that would be that she learned from her mistakes or that she is not running for President now but only VP and her duties are very different. I do not know that I agree with Noonan that the longer Harris is in the spotlight, the more she will be disliked. A lot of the issues with Harris were campaign related and she was polling poorly against others that were more far left that her and she no longer is being compared to a Bernie Sanders or even an Elizabeth Warren. She had had poor poll tracking with African Americans but I have seen a lot more African Americans receptive of her since the announcement. Time will tell. I personally would have chosen Stacey Abrams or Tammy Duckworth.
And how do yall treat liberals? Accuse them of being communists and socialists...... What did yall call Obama? Yall had to lie and degenerate Obama's faith.
Did I ever get personal and call you those names? You can call conservatives whatever the hell you want and I’m ok with it, freedom of speech, but when somebody who does not know me and come at me like that, I’m dropping!
All of that is wrong, I agree. However, that’s one incident that affected one person and his family. Because of Trump’s failure to effectively lead during the worst public health crisis in more than a century, more than 171,000 Americans (and counting) have died from COVID-19. That’s 171,000 Americans and their families affected by Trump’s inability to properly handle a worldwide pandemic. 171,000 >>>>>> 1 the last time I checked.
