He has only been used in lopsided wins or losses, except when he came into the 4-2 game that became an 8-2 win. In order to truly see how he is developing he needs to get into closer games. He couldn't even get into a 15 inning game.
Ashby just said "It's been a while since Marc Krausse has gotten into a game. He went 1-3 back on August 21..." (two games ago). He did catch himself and then said it wasn't that long ago.
Folty seems to have a pretty good secondary pitch in the slider. One thing that Astro pitching prospects have generally lacked was a good out pitch, one reason why Jordan Lyles never could stick it. Folty's biggest concern has been his breaking ball, it shows some sharp late break, but has more of a curveball velocity, hence why it's been called a slurvy pitch that needs refinement. If he can throw it for strikes and get it in the dirt, it should be good enough to get hitters out on a consistent basis. Command has been his greatest issue thus far, hopefully he can continue to develop his overall command and control
