It's pretty simple. If Brooks can't or won't pass to an open Yao with is man sealed then Brooks needs to be shipped out next year.

aron brooks is not starting material, he's just a spark off the bench type of guard

Great thread but it's not just AB, I saw Wafer, Artest & Lowry all scared to make the pass. Why is Battier is the only one capable ? Because he is confident, poised, clutch, is aware and can JUST PASS IT TO A 7'6 GUY !!!!

It has nothing to do with skills and all the other things I've said, it's simply the Rockets being p*****s and afraid of passing it to a 7'6 GUY !! 7'6 !!!
Don't give me crap about Yao does not seal his mean off, he cannot catch a pass etc. It's all nonsense, the Rockets are just buckling under the non-pressure. It's CHOKE CITY to the 3rd power.

Yao, please seek your fortune elsewhere because with a coaching staff like this and players you have now, you will never get anywhere in the playoffs.

    Calm down people!
Rox is playing AB like crazy so that he could be valuable in summer's big trade.
    RA can't be that stupid!

AB is too short to lob a pass to yao and yao is too long to catch a bounce pass. there 2 doesn't click .

If AB cannot pass that easy ball, why use him as a PG?

AB doesn't trust Yao's ability to handle it, so he just run in and got blocked.
If Yao is so useless, bench him or trade him.

AB was just plain dumb. I will dare to compare him to Sam Cassell in his rookie and sophomore year. Sam is just waaaayyyy ahead of this guy and AB as far back as he is to Sam in comparative years, should not be the PG for the future of this franchise.

Artest gets the ball to Yao too. Artest is a good entry passer when he wants to be, he's even good at the re-entry pass. It's just that sometimes he prefers to do it himself.

AB is fine, he just needs to learna dn play thru his strength and weaknesses.
-needs to develop his jump shots more
-shot the 3 with more comfidence
-take it to the hole when the lane is open,
-don't force the issue with taken to the hole
    -look to pass more

I have also noticed that shane was trying hard to pass it to Yao whenever he is on the court and he was able to pass it to Yao the best beside Tmac and Alston. Battier - point forward, lol

Seriously, AD needs to talk to his guard and getting the ball pass into Yao more.

Battier usually was able to pass it in with first touch. Ron usually pass it in twice for Yao to be in good position.

Game 6, lets close this baby out.

he was making shots. this game he had zero confidence in his shot and his dribble drive was straight into 3 or 4 defenders, all much much taller than him. i'd rather a pass to the weak side than that. either way, it wasn't only him that he wasn't passing to. he didn't create for anything last night. ron was taken out of the game partially b/c he didn't get any good open looks. a lot of open looks are created by dribble penetration and a dish. brooks would go up for a blocked shot. then crazy pills ron decides to back someone down in traffic or dribble around to get a fully contested shot. this was mostly on brooks tonight my friends.
