Though how do you know that the have-nots, the people that have less - how do you know they WOULDN'T do the same thing if they DID have what Francis has?

Yes can't give someone much sorrow when they have more than enough resources that everyone else to recover, that other's DON'T have. Though problems are problems no matter the privilege, self induced or not. And its unfortunate Francis's problems are this severe now. Or rather than feeling sorry for him, its still just kinda sad to see

The old Stevie Franchise would have knocked the hell out of the Captain. Stevie used to be so strong and explosive, and then he just stopped hitting the gym, and it seems he hit something else.

You're right. He just seems just sooo weak, physically and mentally now. A true shell of his former self. He would've snapped if someone put hands on him and here he was almost submitting to S Jax.

Wasting his prime years partying, hanging with his ghetto hooligan friends and chasing this whack wannabe rapper dream. Should still be in the league.

36 years old, face puffy as crap, rail thin, just a horrible deterioration of a Houston Rocket hero.

It wasn't the knee injury that did him in, it was his partying lifestyle and immaturity. A damn shame.

 

Also I noticed his hasn't updated his Twitter since Aug 14th. That may have been around the time this happened. He'd regularly update his Twitter with BS pimping of his stupid record label, post pics of his kids and his cars and crap, and put up nostalgic pics of when he was on top.

Now nothing. Hopefully he's stepping out of the public and getting his affairs in order.

 

Why was Steve arrested? He seemed to be trying to end the fight the entire time. If anyone should have been cuffed it should have been Jackson.

After 30 minutes worth of typing and deleting, I figured out that you don't need any of my advices(deleted). So, keep doing what you are doing now, as you are obviously on the right track.

Can't help it but here are somethings that helped people I'm close to:
-have kids, adoption works just as good.
-help others....Franchise you reading this?
-Pets.
-hobby...I know i know...but have you tried fishing?.....on wee... nevermind.:grin:
-start following your local high school sport teams and find ways to help!!!

He is doing quite good, I saw him in GolfSmith and we spent about 30 minutes talking the game of golf and how we got into it. It was good to see the mooch playing the game of golf!!

 

Thank goodness they didn't have this in the mid 90's, you could just hang out with Vernon, Kenny, Mario, Horry, and Dream (Dream stopped kicking it around 93') no problems and nobody was throwing money or getting stupid drunk. Vernon was actually calm around the other players, but was clearly the Ladies man among the group.
