    For my money it's gotta be Scream 1-4.

    They all lose my interest by number 3.

    But the best hands down has got to be Hellraiser.

    What are our options? I'm struggling to think of anything good past the 2nd.

    The Spanish movie series, REC, was awesome for 2 movies, then ok-to-crap for the last 2.

    Hmmm, do unrelated movies count, if they're in the same "universe".

    I liked the first 2 a lot, the 3rd was very meh from what I remember. The movie "Life", with some tweaks, should have been the 3rd in that series.

    I thought 2 was definitely related, from a different (rural) location/perspective. ofc, I didn't feel that until the end, so ...

    4 is supposed to be without a doubt a sequel.
