MLB is probably negotiating with (or begging) TBS to take all the daytime slots so they can have their precocious Dodgers on prime time every night.
expecting a good number of runs on both sides today with the stros evening up the series. Lets go Stros!
Yep. Last night's game reminded me very much of a playoff game during the Biggio - Bagwell era. So much hope but so much disappointment. Here's to hoping for better results and more productive at bats in clutch situations today.
Love this interview. Definitely no need to panic considering the solid at bats. Didn't the Yankees strike out 18 times in one game against these guys? I think we can do some damage with only 4-6 strikeouts a game although I wish Yuli and Tucker would have just struck out on their double plays given the results.
The media is already painting this as the Rays Cinderella story while slaying the evil villains. The Rays can do no wrong and are perfect.
Good luck my friend been a while since I have been here. I felt this would be a hell of a series! I think Astros take it tonight signed - Red Sox fan that doesn’t want to see the Rays win.
Hearing all the calls to bench Yuli have reminded me of the calls to drop Springer way down the lineup in 2017 ... it seemed to work out then, let's hope Yuli turns it around with similar results. We all know if Yuli gets going, he is capable of being one of the most consistent hitters on this team
I don't disagree, except I can ask them to go ahead and drive the runners in sometime too I kept seeing folks on twitter last night excited over Snell's pitch count. To me that's pretty meaningless when you're facing a bullpen like this. It's not a victory to "get to their pen." We wasted a sensational pitching effort last night by Framber. I don't think there's enough margin for the Astros against the Rays to waste opportunities like that.
