Trump Positive for Covid-19

Speaking for myself only, I find it hard to compare the stupidness of this administration to the likes of Kim Jung (a true murderer, putting families through years of torture, etc), a serial killer that rapes and murders little children, etc.

Granted the stupidity of this administration has caused the deaths of 200k+ individuals, but I just don't see it in the magnitude of evilness compared to the examples you presented.

I can comfortably say, **** all those individuals regarding the examples you presented, I'd be fine with them dying and suffering, I can't say I feel the same with the president.

So this whole thing is infuriating. Why was the President, Senators, Supreme Court Justices, a university president, various aides and others in the executive branch all in close proximity without masks during a pandemic.

My 6 year old knows its not acceptable to be in public without a mask. Not one of these people had the courage to step up and say how stupid this was. We look like a third world country.

 

I disagree on both fronts.
WIthout the catalyst that is Hitler and Trump the situation wouldnt be like this.
History isn't inevitable and propelled only by circumstances.

It is also propelled by personalities who exist at the right time at right place to turn the wheel.
WW2 and the definitely the Holocaust wasn't inevitable. It needed Hitler for it to happen. There are many more ways the future could have been like if it wasn't for a Hitler.

Same as 200.000 american deaths weren't inevitable to happen.

It needed a sociopathic charlatan without an ounce of conscience as President.

Most politicians are profesional liars but not everyone can reach the heights of Trump.

For me from what I have read, it is obvious that Trump took steps to stop the prevention of pandemics, took away the CDC in China for early alarm, failed to stock up the national reserve on PPE, failed to provide timely assistance on states in need, failed to force companies to build ventilators, and most important failed to inform, alarm and warn citizens about the danger and instead minimised it.
That makes him complicit to their deaths.

Now we find that he is unrepented that he called it a hoax on purpose while knowing that it is a lie that will lead to deaths.
That makes it a crime.
A crime with 200.000 victims.

When you are a leader of a country you have responsibillities and duties. It's not just a job.

 

Obviously he knew he was positive before he left for that private fundraiser. Putting lives of innocent people at stake over getting donations is criminal indeed!!

 

Well, they pretty much confirmed he tested positive before he left for the fundraiser. The White House doctors said Wednesday morning he tested positive. That is huge, considering how many people he was around after that while not wearing a mask. They even questioned the 72 hours and he confirmed it. Wow!

Will the GOP blatantly lie and twist the truth of what the doctor said and say he was wrong?

I wonder if the volunteers for Trump's Army have to sign waivers of liability, in case they get Covid.
