Max: Same talking points - Houston playoffs rides and dies with Harden being able to hit shots. If so, they can win. SAS: Same talking points - If Harden raises his game up to 60pts, so will GSW collectively. Essentially there is no way that Harden can outperform their collection of star players in a series. It's interesting because what Max is saying but isn't is that Harden in a series can beat a team of superstars and all-world talents. He can accomplish something as great as Lebron beating GSW during their best regular season, without KD of course. SAS wouldn't be willing to concede that. If Harden can carry his team over GSW this next series, will that put his name in with the greatest of the greats?
If he was a NIKE guy he would be compared to MJ after winning chip against those GSW, skipping LeBron in the conversation. It seems like you take Harden, throw him 8 other guys and he just wins and he still has lots of prime left. Definetly Top10 ever talent

Without KD & a suspended Draymond Green. Lebron wasnt going to win that series if Green was not suspended, even without KD. Give Harden this Warriors team without KD and Draymond and he would have crushed them last year and again this year. Lebron got lucky.
In my opinion he’s already solidified his legacy as an all time great but if he gets a ring this year the harden bandwagon will be overflowing.
