    I just know it is a move that dudes stuck in the friendzone like to pull. If there is no history or mutual feelings it puts the girl in an awkward spot. Just spilling your guts to a chick is usually absolutely not the way to go about starting a relationship.

    Yeah that crap only works in the movies. Just ask her out on a real date. If she says no, you have no chance and don't have to worry about some embarrassing Hollywood-style monologue that doesn't work in real life and can scare her off.

    I'm being intentionally vague because my brother occasionally browses here and I want the chance to tell my family in person, what news I have.

    I figured the thread would be a page or two in length, but would be a good release for me.

    Anyways, I have yet to tell anyone. My family lives 2,000 miles from me in Houston, and I'm flying down there a week from tomorrow, hence me being vague.

    I appreciate the ability of clutchfans to serve as an outlet, and wasn't trying to grab a ton of attention.

    The news I have is nothing earth shattering, but for me, it will in fact change the rest of my life. It's brought out about every emotion I could imagine, and this, my need for a bit of a release.


    I will update this a week from tomorrow, but in the meantime, I probably won't post in here till then, but will continue to observe from afar.

    Hmm, he wouldn't be flying to Houston if his wife was having a child. If anything his family would fly to his location.

    It's not a sex change because he quoted that suggestion and said it was something else.

    I'm leaning towards it being a job offer. Shot in the dark, but I'll say news anchor for a major network
