Tough game but 2 - 7 in extra innings is terrible. Hate the 2020 rule with automatic guy on 2nd. Dont care if youre home or away. Thats not baseball.

This, and the 16-team playoff both need to go. No reason to play 162 games only for a majority (16/30) of the teams to get a ticket into the tournament. And, win or lose, the runner on 2nd is wrong. Weird for manual scoring, and just cheesy in general. I love how the traditional rule is a perfect continuation of the game until a winner emerges. Don't like the idea of getting a free runner.

 

It's a really ****ing dumb rule.

 

I barely care. These guys just don’t seem to have it this year, and even though they are fully capable of getting hot and playing to their potential, the odds of them actually doing it seem to be getting longer every day. It’s just always something this season.
