http://www.higher-faster-sports.com/jumphigher.html It don't get no more better than this. It's a combination of everything. Strength, plyo's, olympic lifts, and conditioning. I have some monster legs because that was the fad in the 2005 plus years. Just ask Frank Yang.
We also had a poster here coolcolJ. He came with the vertical squat calculator. http://www.higher-faster-sports.com/verticaljumpcalculator.html
Precisely. If I may ask what you are referring to? Thank you for the link. The main setback for me is my back, which is why I came to yall. It is doing well, but trying to ease off it with extra weight at the moment. However, there seems to be ways to transition this to weight-free workouts. Do yall know any info with upper body? Obviously there is a fine balance between strong and being too strong, and losing speed. Thank you in advance.
I just ordered this one today. It's got pretty decent review. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B003E7AZQA/ref=pe_385040_30332200_TE_item
If my lower back starts hurting does this mean my core is weak? or does it mean i have to strengthen my lower back? I'm leaning toward my core is really weak....

Anyone know of any good weightlifting apps? Something that tracks workout and maybe shuffles exercises for you so you're doing something different every certain period of time.
So after starting out at about 135 earlier this year, I bulked up to 160 and am now a month into my cut. Hovering around 150 +/- 1 currently. I definitely should have bulked a bit more, but oh well. Hoping to see my abs in 2 to 3 months, and then back to bulking.
