No matter who wins (literally....no matter who), the conspiracy theorists will form up some explanation for it. I just hope some team like the eternally struggling Bobcats/Wizards/etc. strike some luck, even in a weak draft.
If Toronto's lotto ball doesn't come up at #12, they keep their pick, since that puts it in the top 3 automatically. The pick is top 3 protected this year.

Not gonna lie, my heart is going to stop until I hear Dallas read at 13. The Mavs somehow fluking into a top 3 pick, even in this draft, is one thing that could significantly improve their pitch come July.
