So I know we are selected to represent the Hardwood Classics this year with our 90's pajama uniforms. Since I am one of the few that actually welcome the return of the uniforms, what games will we see them this year? ANY UNIFORM IS BETTER THAN OUR CURRENT UNIFORM.
Please put the PJ-like uniforms away. Definitely glad they didn't get picked (the rockets) as one of the 7 teams to sport the "retro" jerseys.
Well that sucks... My friends and I were really looking forward to the throwbacks... I don't care how ugly people think they were, they take me back to the late 90's... This is really really disappointing...
I honestly dont think they are that bad after looking at some other NBA throwbacks but you want to talk about worst Uni ever? That belong to the Astros Throwbacks, the uglyiest unis EVER in sports history
Players that come to mind at first glance at those jerseys: Kings - Doug Christie Heat - Tim Hardaway Suns - Kevin Johnson Hawks - Mookie Blaylock Pacers - Reggie Miller Bulls - Michael Jordan Bucks - Glen Robinson
i wonder if everyone would hate the pajama uni that much if they didn't have pinstripes. I agree that they are ugly, but have a feeling I would really like them with no stripes. I remember there was someone who created some hot CGI unis for the rockets in different varhiations. One was with the Pajama colour scheme (same as Texans colour) WITOUT pinstripes and without flying dildos. I actually liked that better than the Red suggestions (including mustard and ketchup which I think is ugly but is only liked because of the championship nostalgia).
That logo is so goofy. It's as if the designer was a random fan who made up the logo. Our current uniforms are still better looking than these: Pure class:
It's funny how much "cleaner" the design of uniforms has gotten. I think this era was the height of colorful designs and huge logos, and that's not necessarily a good thing. The worst offenders were probably us, the Raptor, and the Grizzlies. The Nets have the newest unis and they have the most convetional looking colors and fonts.
