This is such a silly argument. When anybody is walking down the street in their daily life, they don't have a sign hanging around their neck that says "I was born in Hawaii and went to Harvard" or "My dad is one of the most powerful men in the world". I'm pretty sure the shared identity and experiences are apart from that.

What mind you is a "typical black person's upbringing"? Did Romney have a "typical white man's upbringing"? Is he therefore not a legitimate white person?
I live in Clear Lake and have never waited longer than about 15 minutes to vote. The time I waited 15 minutes was when I showed up before the polls opened so I could get to work on time, when I go after work, I walk in and vote with no wait at all. Anecdotal, but it supports your theory.
