Chet! I've seen Zhou Qi and Bol Bol do the same things in college and/or against lesser competition, so what makes Chet different? All three are similar in size, height, etc. They all are good shot blockers, shoot the 3 and they each have shown basketball skills worthy of playing in the NBA. So, if the Rockets have a top 3 pick, why should they use it on Chet?
There is nothing different about the three toothpicks. You ask a very good question. I think Bol Bol will be the best of the three, if given equal opportunity, but do have Chet slightly ahead of Qi. Hope this helps.
Opportunities. Chet might be only slightly better but with guaranteed starting time as a Top 2 pick, quality minutes he would develop more. LIfe is unfair but that is how it works. Sometimes success and failure are just not that far apart. There is also a good chance Jalen Green would not be the Jalen Green of today if he only averaged 15 minutes a game.
