I believe I check all the boxes for this disorder. I want to seek psychiatric evaluation for a potential diagnoses and treatment but in my state psychiatrists are booked solid and I have doubts that my insurance will be able to provide me with in-network help. The symptoms for BPD seem pretty vague, so I'm sure it can manifest itself differently depending on the person. Has anyone dealt with BPD personally or knows/knew anyone who has had it?
I won't be able to see any mental health professionals for a while, so the next place I thought to seek advice from was Clutchfans.
There's a lot of online stuff if you're talking about Covid, if your talking money wise I totally get it, although there may be some free mental health numbers if you look into it, that's something you could also call a doctor and ask about if they know of any free or subsidized mental health help.
Honestly, you start researching some of these disorders and they could apply to just about anyone. I'm not trying to discount your issues or your pain, you should contact a professional--very soon if you're having recurring suicidal thoughts--just saying you might be more normal than you realize. Either way, don't let anyone tell you there's any shame in reaching out. I hope that's not terrible advice. PM me if you ever need to talk to someone.
What city do you live in? You may find there are low-cost healthcare/behavioral health clinics you can use in the meantime until insured in your city.

Seriously though, try meditation. I think you let your thoughts overtake you. Train yourself to be able to ignore your thoughts and just be. Relax.
I think there’s something to that, or at least, getting animal based protein...but I think diet is different for anyone. I was a vegan for over a year and towards the end I just felt like crap. No energy, felt run down, and I looked it. Switched back to organic eggs, chicken and dairy and I feel so much better physically and mentally, and I can tell I look healthier. I read them and agree that the symptoms are pretty broad. A good amount of them could apply to anyone. I think @jacoby is in NYC, so there’s bound to be some free or low cost medical help there.
Spent some time in New York City and used the subway almost exclusively to get around... Got to say that mental help up there is lacking.
