im starting to lean towards no pardon since no need. what is the pardon for? trump wont want that and will want to fight it due to legacy. he can have his ear on ground to his other legal stuff and when gets hot jump a jet to uae or russia.. why leave? pardon for what? whats the charge? biden wont go for it anyway

I would still do it. Anything that damages him and anything that keeps him from running from office again. His life needs to be as miserable as possible.

I think Biden should make the offer for any crimes Trump committed while he was in office. Trump should be held accountable for any crimes committed before or after he was president.
Completely agree. Need to investigate everything and anyone that may have done wrong doing. Bring it to light, expose it, punish strongly. We can’t have this happen again. We fought a war to break away from tyranny...we do not need to fall back under one.

Ex-presidents don't go to jail. I think he'll get pardons or immunity or something like that in exchange for a smooth transition and other favors.
May be nothing...may be things that any president would do with his power. However, a man doesn’t ask for a pardon or immunity on the way out unless they know they’ve done wrong. If need be, and evidence is found of wrongdoing, investigations need to happen and charges, if necessary, need to be filed.
