We meet the Clippers!! And NO, I don't fear the Lake Show nor the Bucks!

Don't know about anyone else but it bothered me that we COULD NOT GET A REBOUND AGAINST Boston last night when it mattered. I think our stiffest competition is going to come from the Clippers! , And looking at their roster, they are similar to Boston. They are the one team that match up well with us! Man for Man. And they have an option that we just don't have....Montrez Harrell. He's a big that's effective in the paint, he can rebound, he can guard on the perimeter and I just don't think The Tuckwagon can guard him over a 7-Game Series. We are going to need Covington to guard PG and Green is too light, he's more effective on the wing, not in the paint.

    Harden - PG
    Westbrook - Beverly
    Covington - Leonard
Tucker - Zubac/Harrell (Zubac is a starter but I don't think he will play much in this series)
    House - Shamet

    Benches

    EG - Williams
    Green - Morris/ Green
    Rivers - Jackson

Harrell is fluid and we all know he is a monster on the low blocks.....that's the element that scares me. When we beat them earlier this year, we had Capela. Length has always given Harrell problems.

The only person on the roster that can combat what Harrell bring is Bruno. He's long, he will keep the floor spaced, he can hit the 3 and if nothing else, we know he can play defense.....Also, this is his 4th yr (2yrs away from being, two yrs away). If not him....WHO ELSE??

The “easyness” factor is primarily how hot we are from 3 .

if we shot 35 percent last night we would have put up an extra 15 points .

do good teams do a better job of making 3’s tougher shots ? Yes . Do Russ and James generate open looks for others or themselves anyways ? Yes.

I like our chances of stopping them over their chances of stopping us.

Remember, clips were one of the favorites to win a chip this year w their stacked team so for them to be a challenge for us is not unexpected

PG, Beverly are spotty at times so we will just need to contain them. I still think our offense w Russ leading the charge is much better

OP acting like Harrell is the dark skinned AD

He can guard Harden or Russ off a switch on the perimeter? I don’t think so.

Harrell gets a lot of buckets off the PnR with Lou Will, someone who will be a complete liability defensively. We’ll see if Doc plays him major minutes.

reggie is a liability on D as well

the way i see it, if jamychal green is making his 3's and PG13 is back to last year's form, it's gonna be very difficult to beat that team. we also have to factor in the zebras and pringles' freezing up on the bench. our best hope is that one of PG or the New Balance boy is hobbled by injury by the time we meet them

I think you are overestimating the Clips.

    I like our chances.

    A LOT.

i think you are underestimating how difficult it is to win a series against a strong opponent playing 5 on 8 :D

I’m not even worried about Jamychal Green...maybe if we still had Capela who could have a hard time guarding a jump shooting big I would be

I am worried about the refs, especially for the games played in LA...they might give Harden BS offensive fouls on Beverley flops or allow PG to body him on drives to the rim with no call

Maybe, but 5 on 5 I got the Rockets everytime.

5 vs. 8 is trickier but I still like our chances. :D

well jamychal allows them to play 5 out too, as long as he's able to make enough 3's to keep our defenders honest

true, but he’s not a high volume 3 point shooter so in my eyes maybe he drops 10 points and makes 1 or 2 threes, but he’ll give up 20 on switches against Harden or Russ

I also don’t think he’s mobile enough to consistently get out on shooters

    we’ll see tho

    You should fear the Bucks.

Also Tucker will guard Harrell.... assuming Harrell plays enough defense to stay on the court...

he averaged 2 makes per game on 52% shooting in the worriers series -- let's hope he don't repeat that shiiit against us :X

the main thing i'm scared of is that we won't be able to protect the paint at all if they play 5-out as well and we end up having to keep a body near jamychal
