How could Reed and Bregman have such bad starts to their respective pro careers.

Remember that standing ovation Bregman received in his first game with the Astros?

Patience is a virtue... Especially in this game... But damn.

 

People were hooting and hollering to bring this kid up?

 

After tonight all the AAA guys should go back where they came from they have done jack squat. That was our chance to win it blew it jays will win it

 

I was rooting for Bregman to workout but it seems he's just not ready for the big leagues. At first I thought it was just the nerves then thought maybe it was a slump but it's clear he's just not ready. Maybe next year..

 

Not looking like we have a rookie savior this time around.

 

Damn man. I don't even know what to say. Dude was absolutely slaying AAA. The majors are a completely different animal, I guess.

 

Larry See popped out and broke the streak he was pinch hitting for Dennis Powell who was the pitcher

 

Yeah Bregman just isn't ready right now and doesn't look comfortable. A month ago he's looking to take those pitches opposite field, now he's just flailing around.

They wanted to see how he'd handle adversity.

 

damn so he's really 1-39 going back to his AAA games

 

I think we have a shot to score next inning . Just need a scoreless inning.

 

The baseball gods want Feldman on the field.

 

I don't see why tonight he was even given a spot in the lineup. Kid just doesn't have it, it's clear as day, has been for several games now.

 

I hope this major league experience doesn't kill Bregman's confidence when he goes back to AAA. This is hard to watch.

I have to wake up early for work and this is actually the only reason I'm staying up to watch the game lol

 

It would be nice to have someone like Scott Feldman in your bullpen for nights like this...

 

Altuve homers off Feldman to win it. That would be sweet.
